Trapper K1 Bonita
Bonita is small, light and nimble and thus ideal for lighter paddlers. Trapper Bonita is, just as Trapper Barra-Q, developed with the latest technology. The model has been robot worked up with tolerances less than 1/10 mm. This guarantees a totally symmetric hull.
The kayak is made in reinforced fibre-glass vinylester and built in sandwich laminate for maximum rigidity. Bonita has a much appreciated stability curve. Bonita has a tight cockpit and it responds well when you lean it. It also has a high secondary stability, which makes it very enjoyable to paddle even without a rudder. The hull has a built-in stability which, together with the lower deck, minimizes wind and wave force.
Bonita is primarily meant as a day-tour kayak. It has two large oval hatches (44x26 cm) and a smaller day hatch. It is equipped with one of best rudder systems on the market, Smart Track.
